Service technicians and customer service are friendly and efficient. Our carpet looks brand new! My only complaint is that I noticed 3 or 4 marks on the wall near the landing of our steps that wasn't there before and this damage wasn't mentioned to me.

No soaps, it dried fast, some stains did not come out. If you put booties on then take them off while going in and out of the house, walking through dirt and grass

Andrew, the technician, was excellent. He worked efficiently, answered all our questions and was very personal and professional. I have a suggestion for you to consider. When you confirm appointments with the customer you should send a confirming estimate of the agreed upon price for the work. This may assist in any misunderstandings between the customer and the technician regarding the price quoted by office personnel.
