I like the smell of the pre-treatment to the carpet and that there are no other chemicals involved in the cleaning of the carpet. Ryan who did the cleaning at my house did a great job of explaining the procedure. The carpet cleaning turned out better than expected. Very pleased!

Great service, knowledgeable technician, carpets are clean and soft as well as smell terrific. We have a large older Golden Retriever that sleeps in the same spot on the carpet and no matter how many rugs, beds or blankets he sleeps on, the carpet still got very dirty with his oils.. Now only we know where he usually sleeps.
