Excellent service, on time, very professional, explained the whole process very clearly and we came to an agreement quickly on what would be done. He did an excellent job; the tougher staines (2) didn't completely out and a tall jewelry stand (shaped like a woman in a beautiful gown) got knocked over and broken, which was unfortunate and that is why I didn't give it a 10. Other than that, very happy and satisfied with the service and product.

I am very pleased that I finally got a resolution to the problems from the Zerorez cleaning done the previous week. Customer service needs better training on handling problems and how to talk with customers on the phone.

Cleaning technician was very friendly, answered all of our questions, courteous, respectful of our property and efficient. He explained all costs and exactly the result we could expect once carpets were cleaned. When initial job was done, he suggested he had a few more minutes until next job, did we want him to steam clean bathroom tile and what the cost would be to do that. We were thrilled and wished we had him do the other bathroom also. Excellent experience with Zerorez.

I like your product a lot, since it's safe for pets and children. I had a lot of soap on my carpet from previous cleanings and the technician Chris Daugherty took the time to come back out and clean it. If I could give him more points than 10 I would. He is very professional, honest and works very hard. I had asked him to come back out and do a re-do in some troublesome areas because I trust him and knew that he would do a good job. While working away, he almost got called away. Whoever thought it was a good idea to call him away when he wasn't done with my job yet, I would say that is unacceptable. That would have been a third time I would have needed to reschedule. Thankfully I called the office and made a complaint and they said he was able to stay. I would say that whoever was trying to rush him, or get him to leave was not professional at all and if it wasn't for Chris doing a great job I would seriously consider asking for my money back and filing a formal complaint.

So thank you Chris I will definitely recommend the Zerorez product and Chris ONLY.

I can't believe how great our carpet looked after Zerorez was at our house on Thursday. I have been wanting to replace our carpet and now I do not need to since Derek at Zerorez was able to get stains out that were prior to when we moved in. I had another carpet cleaning company in a couple of years ago and not only were they not able to remove the stains, the quality does not even compare. The carpet now looks almost new!

After experiencing Zerorez, I will only use Zerorez.

Les was professional, honest, and thorough. He called us to ask if he could come before our scheduled window and so we were able to have the cleaning done earlier in the day which was great (it was on a Saturday). He was thorough in explaining what types of cleaning would be necessary to remove our significant dog urine stains. We opted for a level 1 treatment of the stains though a level 2 would have likely been more effective. He was honest in letting us know that the condition of our carpet would be somewhat improved but that this level wouldn't cure the problem. At the end the day, we need to replace our aged carpet and didn't want to spend a ton on cleaning. He knew this and didn't try to sell us on something we didn't want. We've used zerorez a few times, and they've always been great!
