The guy who came here was great. He was courteous and helped me stay in budget. I've never had experience with a professional carpet cleaning service, but I see no reason to ever try a different one now.

Our carpets looked great after the cleaning! Owen did a wonderful job and was very friendly. We appreciated that he came out to our house after 6 pm on a Friday, after our earlier appointment window was pushed back due to a vehicle issue our original carpet cleaning tech had.

Carpets well cleaned, stains addressed, excellent technician who explained everything and made sure our questions were answered - he was friendly yet professional, protection for corners and newell posts, house cleaned up perfectly before technician left.

My service tech arrived on time, was friendly. He worked efficiently, asked me about my carpets.
Aside from a few spots (that now seem more obvious than ever) my carpets look and seem very clean and fresh.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like your carpet service more than your air duct service. The air duct service is EXPENSIVE, and I had 5 more vents when they got to my house, so it was even $100 more!! And the technician didn't clean up very well. There were metal shavings and wood shavings in a couple places in the basement. The carpet guy was very neat.
