Seemed like a good price. I was offered other options/upgrades, but did not feel pressured. It was done quicker than I had expected. I was kept informed during the process.

The tech was very detailed and very nice, and it dries quick, although the stains I had in living room (wine and coffee) did come back he told me if it did to call them within 30 days.

Due to weather etc, our appointment needed to be rescheduled. Everyone at Zerorez has always been so professional... both the technicians and all the behind the scenes operations people, so we were happy we could accommodate.
Our carpets needed some serious attention and we are more than happy with the results.
Simon is truly a perfect example of what Zerorez must 'hope' their technicians will be, and then he conveyed that satisfaction to the client! Thanks again!

My carpet is really old and had a lot of stains. It looks amazing after the cleaning by zerorez!! The technician was very thorough and polite!

I like the fact that you don't leave the carpeting wet because of the method you use. I also like the powder spot remover that you have available for use in between cleanings.
The technician for this cleaning was very polite and professional and did the 3 room cleaning in a timely manner.

The cost was more than I'd thought it would be, so that was the only disappointment.
That, and the fact that my old dog had diarrhea in five spots that same night.
Actually made me cry! Ha! Isn't that just the way it goes??
