Billy, the service tech, was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, He explained every thing that was done, and what and when we could restore everything back where it belonged.
We will definitely ask for him next time.

The clean feel and no chemicals approach to cleaning. My carpets look brand new again.

Our floors look great. We have older carpet and with dogs I really didn't have much faith in the whole process. I kind of figured it would just be "clean" stains. Boy was I wrong. While the service could not make it new again (OK that was a pipe dream), they are cleaner and better looking than I could have hoped for. The service techs were amazing,friendly and professional. Our dogs just loved them!
