Our carpets we had cleaned are 14 1/2 years old and had never been professionally cleaned. We had done cleaning of them ourselves, but non pros can only do so much. With my husband's total knee replacement surgery coming up and the recommendation from the medical professionals, we decided to bring in Zerorez to clean our carpets. Brent and Dustin did an incredible job and were very pleasant to work with. The areas they cleaned look almost new!!! It's amazing!!! They got almost all spots out. There were a couple which they couldn't get out, but significantly faded them. We told them before they started that we weren't expecting them to be able to get out all stains as out carpets are older. I think the job they had to do was a challenge, but they rose to the challenge and the results were even a surprise to them!! AMAZING is all we can say!!! The product being let friendly is very important to me because my 13 year old Goldendoodle Buddy means everything to me and allergies can be a problem at times.

The products really clean and I love that their is no chemical residue afterwards. Safe for pets and children. The technician that came to my house was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, answer all the questions I had and he was upfront about all the pricing which I appreciated. He also did a great job cleaning the carpet and did it in a fast and efficient manner.
