Zerorez, made up for the first time no being done correctly. The person who came out the second time around was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. He was very nice to our son who was asking a million questions himself. Our carpets smell great and feel clean and soft like i was told and heard from everyone. Very happy this second time around just wish we wouldn't have had to have gone through it 2 time for it to be right. But in all very Happy with the way Zerorez handled the situation and corrected the wrong. Thank you so much the Roens
