Have always been very satisfied with past carpet cleaning, but was even happier with last week's efforts. An elderly person staying with us had a sudden onslaught of severe flu symptoms that resulted in a bedroom carpeting disaster. After realizing my efforts were not going to fix the problem, I reluctantly (feeling rather embarrassed) called Zerorez. The scheduler was kind, understanding and very helpful in getting it addressed quickly. The technicians were amazing = not only friendly, but genuinely patient and compassionate, and very knowledgeable - very reassuring and quick to help us overcome our discomfort with the situation. They did a beautiful job - carpeting looks/feels/smells like new! This company raises a very high bar for others to follow - excellent products/service and amazing customer service!

The zerorez associate was very informative, kind, and efficient. He did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met.

First of all, I like that I had the same technician as I had last spring. He even checked on the stairway he cleaned in March/April...checking to see how the cleaning and Scotchgard protection held through the summer months. Technicians were prompt and courteous. I was watching my grandchildren and one of them was curious about the process. One of the technicians took the time to explain the process and cleaning supplies used.

The carpets look great and dried within a day. It was also easy to schedule an appointment. I feel safe using Zerorez to get the carpets cleaned thoroughly.
