Technician (Justin) was great - knowledgeable, efficient, seemed more like a partner than a vendor. The carpets look great - they aren't sticky or stiff, the Zerorez left a clean smell, not "perfumey"

The two techs were so nice and made us feel really comfortable. Our carpet looks amazing and we will recommend Zerorez to everyone. I cant believe the high traffic area to the kitchen is actually free of stains.

This is the second time in a month that I have used Zero Rez and have been very satisfied. Derek was here yesterday and did a stellar job. He was very knowledgeable and professional and did wonders to my old carpeting that is needing replacement. He was able to get it cleaner than I ever could have imagined. I feel very pleased and will continue to recommend Zero Rez. I love the fact that no harsh detergents nor chemicals were used for the cleaning. My house smells fresh and I feel rejeuvenated!
