I like the way my carpets look after they have been cleaned.

The young man that came to do the job was very careful and professional and wasted no time in completing the task. I also appreciated the way the company worked hard to put us into their schedule since there was a situation that needed immediate care. The rooms looked beautiful and the spots were gone when he left.

Taua, the tecnician, was prompt, careful, knowlegeable and answered all my questions or concerns before beginning the cleaning. The carpet and stairs look excellent after the cleaning. I was requested to inspect before Taua put his equipment away...he would have repeated an area if it had been deemed necessary. Carpetremnent used as rugs in front of the patio doors were cleaned complimentary. The carpet was totally dry in 24 hours as was expected. No odor, no stiffness, and no remaining soil...very pleased overall. Thanks ZEROREZ.

The techs do a good job of explaining what they can and cannot do. The products are very effective. Still working on the turmeric stain though.

Price tends to be high & creep up.

Wish they would give me the pre-sell options before they come so I can think about it or plan ahead.
Such as look at my area rugs (they were already rolled up during this visit; pre-sell their spot remover, or duct services (I just had mine done).
That way we can do a little research on these options or plan/prep.
When they are done with my carpets I am usually rushing to get somewhere & do not have the time to add on or consider their suggestions.

The tech that came out was very friendly & wasn't pushing me into upselling my services which was a nice change from other companies I have used.

Techs that showed up were informative, efficient and very pleasant. Job took not quite as long as they said it would and carpets look good.
