We are very satisfied with our service from Zerorez, we have told others about the service and many have said that they have "called to have them at their homes done but they do not travel this far south, unless we have more services added on." This was my problem at the time of my call also but then asked if I had my Mom's house done on the same day. This needed to be approved by manager which it was but it is too bad that they don't travel down here without an added expense that some people don't have the money for. We were very satisfied with our service to our home and it didn't take long to get our homes done. It was the representative's courteous demeanor that won me over and the nice job he did. Also, the 30 day guarantee that he gave at the end of the job as there is one area that had a high traffic area and I want to see if the actual home owner, who hasn't seen it yet, is satisfied or not.
