I really liked that you guys don't use harsh chemicals to clean. But best of all I liked the workers you sent to my house. Nathan and zach deserve a raise. The were both super friendly and hard workers, you should give them a raise! If you can't afford to give them both a raise, since Nathan is a big wild fan, if the wild get past the first round of the playoffs, Nathan gets the raise, if not Zach gets the raise 😀.
Before they started cleaning they told me about extra services that they provide like carpet protection, the ability to clean a chair and the ability to try and get tougher stains but no guarantees. I had all these services done. The only one I kinda regret is the 30$ per room I spent to get out the tougher stains. I feel that getting the carpet as clean as possible should not be extra, also there were stains that did not come out, so I feel like that might I been a waste of money, if you wanted to refund the 90$ I spent on that extra service, I would appreciate it. I am overall happy with how everything turned out, except that one thing. I gave the best review possible because of the respect I have for zach and Nathan. Service was great. Love the time window with a call to confirm. Clear explanation of what was going to happen. Carpet looks great. Our only complaint was the price on rug cleaning. It is high, but we needed to have it done. We would like to be able to have them cleaned more often.
