The carpet was extremely dirt from foot traffic. I told our service fellow (sorry I forgot his name) that I wasn't expecting that he would get all the dirt out but that it would just be better. We were shocked that he was able to get it so clean it looked brand new! Also he was such a nice person and very informative. Will definitely tell others about Zerorez.

The empowered water... I was amazed at the results of the carpets. We had your service for my mother's home. She had moved and we sold it, so the carpets were in need of cleaning. service was excellent, tech did a great job and was very polite. i do have a spot that seems to be worse now that may need to come back. also the carpet is crunchy and i thought that your system meant no crunchy carpet. i have not vacumed it yet.
