Our courteous representative was fabulous. With it being the coldest day so far this year, he managed to keep most of the cold outside vs. inside w/ the shield for the door. He explained the steps in the cleaning procedure. The big ugly stain even came out!!

I would not use the air duct service again, our entire house was a mess. Dust on everything.Floors, furniture, appliances all needed cleaning after he left. Duct all seem to be clean, but did not appreciate having to clean the whole house after.
