I would like to comment on what I didn't like. I didn't like the upselling that the tech had to do. I would have liked to have known about these in my confirmation email ahead of time. With that said my carpets look great and the cleaning went very well.

My carpets look clean. They smelled nice. They remained soft as they dried. The lingering spots that I have been unable to remove from the carpet were successfully removed by Zerorez.

No waiting for appointment and speed of drying after cleaning. Did not like dripping from hose into other floor surface. Tech did not offer to wipe it up. Had to be asked.
