The service tech protected the corners of the walls and the wood floors leading to the carpets. She was very informative and explained the process used to clean the area. It was a very cold day and I was concerned about the door being open while she cleaned, but she was prepared for that and the door was sealed to keep the cold out and the warm in. I am very happy with my clean carpeting
