My carpets felt fluffed and clean when I walked on them, and the technicians were friendly and thorough.
The cleaning is always so thorough and your employees are very professional and friendly. We had one problem however. I had the front entry tile cleaned and we have a sunken living room, so a piece of wood runs along the edge of that step next to the tile - about 4 inches wide. The stain and varnish were stripped off of part of that wood from the steam. We can re-stain and varnish - nothing awful, but might want to be careful of that in the future.
