I think I like them but spending $450 to clean carpets seems like too much money. I think that the service person did an excellent job, however, and he was very fast and professional.

Tuah (sp?) was quick to respond to any questions I had, made his suggestions and was very thoughtful. He did not hesitate to drop to his knees in order to smell my carpet to determine the origin of a stain (from a pet). I also loved how clean my house smelled after he finished!
