All of my significant spotting was removed with pre-treatment, and Dylan did some extra passess because the square footage was small, and the years of dirt more than average. Told me about other services they could provide and I asked to proceed with one of those recommendations. Finished his work in the allotted time, cleaned up after himself and was gone. I think the biggest plus, over other carpet cleaners I have used, was the friendly attitude of the person (Kevin) who did the cleaning at my house. He was pleasant, efficient, answered all my questions, and went right to work. It was completed on time and at the agreed upon price that the call center had provided me. I will definitely use Zerorez again and would recommend them to anyone.
