Loved the set in place of my larger rug
The technician who came to clean our vents and furnace did a very thorough job, and he even taped some of the vents to avoid dust getting out while cleaning. We had mentioned to him we have a newborn on the way and we were concerned there would be a lot of dust in the air. I checked everything afterwards and all the vents were well cleaned. Jeff Johnson from Mpls. was the guy who cleaned and he did a great job along with being very polite and friendly. Thank you, Name removed

Tony was great. He did a great job and took his time to satisfy. The technician well trained
and I feel like he care to do what I wanted. Never pushed me to do more then what i could afford.
I feel it is in the best interest of the company to let him be himself and like that over
pushiness. Tony is my kind of guy for a repeat!!!! He deserves a raise. His work makes me
very pleased. He was kind and nice to have in my house. The carpet is Karistan from 1997 and has
many more yr of life left in it.
