I have been using zerorez for I believe five years. They do a great job each time. One instance a few years ago, both of our houses had a couple bad spots. They came back and treated the spots again at no extra charge. They are typically earlier than the given time, which I love, and are respectful of not letting cold or hot air into the house!

The service is great but the dispatch is terrible. Only problem was each service was 10 hours apart of each other. Wasted my whole day with continued promises that the carpet guy was 20 minutes away. 4 hours later he finally showed up with a contradictory story from what I was told. Billy the carpet guy did a great job, he helped me move all my furniture and got my carpets looking new again. The air duct guy was really good too. Very friendly and called dispatch for me and said the carpet guy would be able to come early. Too bad dispatch left a bad taste when the guys did a great job.

The zero residue, turbo drying, product used got out traffic patterns and spots on carpet.

The service technician Robert was very polite, and did a very thorough job. He is very professional and knowledgeable.

We are a big fan of the minimal chemical use and the removal of any residue on the carpets. I use Zerorez in my business on a quarterly basis. We have over 3000 square-foot of commercial carpet, they provide fantastic service and the carpet stay cleaner much longer.

What do you like about our products and services?

Always dependable with scheduling, showing up on time (or even early-I like that), always do a GREAT job cleaning. The technicians are always great. I appreciate how he tried to keep the cost within what I said I wanted for my price point when I scheduled. I always appreciate how they explain what they will do, walk through with me when they are done. They are always neat and respectful of my furniture, walls, etc. Thanks for a GREAT job!!
