The Zerorez technichan is professional and helpful. I have used you for years and have never been let down. I have two dogs and it always amazes me how great my carpets look and smell once you have cleaned them.

The products you use from pre-treatment to soap were not left in the carpets! That makes for very clean and soft carpets. My old carpets have never looked so good. Rob, my technician was a pleasure to work with.
