Friendly staff and quick with outstanding results!

Our carpets cleaned up much better than expected. Caleb, Zerorez service tech, worked hard to accommodate our needs quickly and effectively.

Our carpets look amazing and still do over a week after cleaning. In the past, the carpets look good once cleaned but the spots come back to the surface in a few days and although cleaned, still looks as it did before. The carpet smells clean and looks clean. It has not looked this good in a long time. It is old carpet (17 years, 3 kids, multiple pets) and needs to be replaced but I'm surprised how amazing it cleaned up. Probably the best carpet cleaning we have ever had done. If not for some spots of wear, it looks more like new than it has in years! Thanks SO much!

We are SO VERY happy with the results from Zerorez! Our couches look (almost) like brand new! I was pleasantly shocked when I was the results--I couldn't believe my eyes! My only regret was that I don't have before and after pictures. The ottoman was particularly stained; I had used water to try and remove dog drool stains, and that didn't work so well; it only created big water blotch marks--I feared our furniture ruined forever. But after Zerorez had done it's magic, the ottoman no longer has to be hidden under a blanket, and all the marks are gone from the couch/loveseat, too: Thank you, Zerorez!

My husband listens to the radio all day at work, and hears only GREAT things about Zerorez. When we moved into our new Edina house and needed the old furniture cleaned, there was no question about who to call--Zerorez was the only company I called, and it was the BEST company for the job! The two reps were professional, friendly, honest, and had a great sense of humor. I felt very comfortable with them in my house.

The downstairs furniture is in good shape physically, but after nine-years of pets and children it was time for a good cleaning. Zerorez made the upholstery look and feel like it hasn't looked in years. The reps looked at me kind of funnily as a did a small circle-dance of happiness, until my husband explained that I'm always this enthusiastic--I say emotive--about things. Then we all smiled about their job well done. Thank you, Rick and Lionzal, from The Cookieman and Wordgirl! (Actually we're Geno and Juli Last name removed) I can't wait to see what magic you perform on my living room rug. Setting up services was easy. We purchased a new home and wanted the carpets cleaned before move-in. I received email reminders and phone call verification of the appointment. The technician Mitch showed up on-time and was very professional and friendly. Mitch was very concerned with making sure the carpets came out looking as good as possible.

Superb quality carpet cleaning without all the harsh chemicals. Technician was very courteous and genuinely cared about my experience. I highly recommend zerorez!

Billy (technician) is a hard worker and very approachable. He explained the company to us and suggested that we might want to try a tile cleaning next time. We did not even know you did this - and we will certainly give it a try. The carpets were beautiful when the job was finished. The stairway was especially beautiful. We were very pleased.

What ever it is you use, it's a "Miracle Worker"!!! My "light" color beige carpet was brown, gray and blackish in some spots. I basically just wanted it cleaned for my own sanity. We are going to replace it this winter. It is NOW so clean that we don't want to walk on it!!! It looks like new. Caleb, your carpet "expert" was amazing and an absolute delight to work with!!!!
