Everyone is SO polite and kind....and considerate. From the people who answer the phone and schedule, the people who call to give the window of service and the people who actually come into the home to either pick up or clean on site. The business model you use and the people who work for ZeroRez combine to present a great service in such a nice and friendly way. Certainly a humongous change from the horrible atmosphere of the lack of civility in our country these days! So very pleasant!

The time window I was given was between 3:00 & 6:00 pm. They called at about 2:45 pm and said they were on their way. Arrived at 3:00 pm. I was so impressed. I had the stairs leading to the basement and the basement hallway cleaned. Nick and Simeon did an EXCELLENT job. They were very friendly, polite and thorough. Also, I had bought a new rug for my dining room area and Nick noticed it and suggested that it be treated to extend the wear of the rug. So I had him spray it as well. I would definitely use Zerorez again and would recommend them to everyone I know.
