Owen (Zerorez tech) has done a good job on two occasions and has done them in a very courteous & professional manner! The products that Owen used appeared to do an effective job in cleaning our carpets and sofa.

Your staff is fantastic - we used you a few years ago and the young lady was fabulous. Used you yesterday and the young man was equally fabulous. Unfortunately my husband can't remember his name - he was of Asian decent if that helps. Very thorough, knowledgeable and an extremely hard worker. He's a keeper!

They completed the job in a timely manner and were open and honest about the fee. They also were great in giving instructions on how to treat the carpet while it dried.

Staff has always been very courteous, and explains procedures and costs clearly. Thorough, and efficient. Look forward to having them return in the future!
