Techs were very professional, explained procedures and products well.

Vent cleaning - I was very shocked how much crude was in the vents - they were horrible and when your tech finished, they were clear and clean - a very detailed job was done.

Carpets are old but in okay shape - However, after Zerorez they look almost new. And they smell so fresh.

Very satisfied and definitely will recommend Zerorez (All ready have!)

Everything was as expected: the technician showed up ON TIME, took the time to discuss the service he would perform, suggested some other needed services-but didn't hard sell-was professional and polite. The price was as quoted. Lastly, my carpets look GREAT! I didn't remember them being that color!
