My daughter is expecting a baby any day. I wanted to get her carpets and furniture cleaned before her baby was born. Zerorez was able to make a cleaning appointment within two days of my initial call! I appreciate Zerorez patience with my many phone calls asking questions about their services. Zerorez kept in constant communication regarding my appointment. Owen, the Zerorex man that cleaned my carpets, took his time to explained what he would be doing - before he started cleaning. I needed carpets and furniture cleaned, and was on a budget. Owen worked with me to do only the necessary services that would fit in my budget.
