I was very upset that I had not received a call to tell me my 3 hour window. I assumed that I was not on the list for that day. I was told I would receive a call within 24-48 hours ahead of time. When the technician called saying he was on his way, I was relieved. Somebody was not doing their job.

The product has a very light scent. The carpet dries quickly and is soft underfoot. The technicians are friendly, efficient and are very hard working. The appointment setters and call back staff are patient, friendly, and answer every question with a smile.
