James was on-time, efficient, thorough, and the carpet in the hallway and stairs looks like new. It's 11-year-old carpet that's never been cleaned, but it's been kept clean with a shoes-off policy and frequent vacuuming. Small "shadow" spots have appeared over the past year and a half as we've had many different workmen here. Excellent job!

I called and scheduled an appointment for August. August 3rd to be exact. The deal was for $22 / vent to be cleaned. Then I hear that all august is a summer special of $18/vent? So why can I not get the service for $18/vent?

No residue at all. Chris did a great job. He called to let me know he was on the way, he was extremely friendly and worked really hard while he was here. He apologized for taking longer than expected, but I was just so happy that he was most concerned with doing the job well.

The serviceman, Chad, was knowledgeable about carpet quality due to his background & ours is high quality. We inherited it. Timely emergency scheduling after motor grease got on white carpet staircase. Carpets in LR &Family Room super clean also w/no residue.
They stood by their work and didn't hesitate to do a follow-up visit and cleaning. They were friendly and professional and educated us on the source of our issue.
