No toxic chemicals, clean, safe. (Loved the orange scented pre-treatment... too bad it didn't last! sigh). I thought we were going to have to rip out our carpet and start over, but Steve rescued it! He was excellent at doing are carpets. On the way out we were talking about a stain in my car seat, and he said, 'Let me try"! Sure enough, he got a stain out that we had for 5 years. He was amazing and very professional!
