I’d like to say our technician, J, did a great job with our carpet. He was friendly and did exactly what I asked. He worked really hard and was even able to get “slime” out of my daughter’s room. When we need to get our carpets cleaned again, I will be requesting him!

I like it that you don’t use dangerous chemicals to clean and that soap isn’t a major factor in the process, as dirt adheres to a rug where soap is used. The technician that came was great - he explained the process well, was able to clean my rugs and furniture so they feel “almost like new”.

We were extremely pleased with the excellent service that our technician Sean Olson provided us with cleaning our carpeting, sofa & chair. The citrus scent used was pleasant & everything looks so clean!! Plus, Sean is professional, neat & careful. It’s evident that he sincerely enjoys his work. We plan on requesting Sean when we have Zerorez clean our carpeting again!!

I was not satisfied with the way my family room carpet turned out after it was cleaned the first time by Zerorez. It still looked dirty and the day after it was cleaned I even pulled out my hand Bissel carpet cleaner and tried cleaning areas myself. After dumping out dirty water I called customer service. The gal on the phone was very professional and accommodating. She was able to reschedule for a re due the same day I called, as I requested.
Michael Radcliffe-Kapustka was the technician sent to re clean my carpet. He was very professional, helpful and informative. He explained what he was going to do step by step. I loved that he took pictures before and after and also did the white towel test before cleaning and after.
He quickly agreed after doing the initial white towel test that my carpet was still dirty. He got to work and within 45 minutes my carpet actually looked like new. The visible eye could not tell the difference between the parts of carpet that have never been walked on and the areas warn.
Michael also made sure I didn't see any areas that needed to be clean again before applying the carpet protector. He was happy and willing to hit a couple areas again just for good measure. He was clearly determined to make sure I was satisfied with his work and the how my carpet looked.
I appreciate Michael's commitment to exceed my expectations and his passion for the work he did. I could tell he really enjoys his job and likes working for Zerorez.
I work in sales and have for over 30 years. Michael's the real deal, honest, personable, passionate and has a good work ethic. I think he has a bright future and Zerorez is fortunate to have him represent your organization.
