Nick, our rep, was friendly and helpful. I understood what was happening every step of the way. May family has smell sensitivitis, the product did not trigger and reactions. And the carpets look as good as new!

The carpets dried fairly quickly after the cleaning service. The carpets were cleaned in the late afternoon, and were dry by the following morning. The carpets also feel much nicer after the cleaning service. They certainly feel like there is zero residue left from the cleaning service!

The duct cleaning is thorough and better than any I have seen. My duplex had duct cleaning 2 years ago and you would think it was 15 years when you saw how much Zerorez technique removed from the ductwork! Will never use anyone but Zerorez again!!
