The citrus pre-clean spray aroma was quite strong, and caused my wife to cough for a while. It was better after the carpet was cleaned.

Your technician was great. Cost is a little high but results were pretty good on a very old sofa we thought couldn't be cleaned up. It was!

Every employee I have worked with, either over the phone or in person, was excellent. Gave me the impression they liked their job, and were extremely nice. Things were explained in detail of what would happen in the process, so you were not left in the dark. You approve of the cost before they begin, so there are no surprises when they're done.

I feel it cleans carpets better and with no residue. However, the prices still end up quite high. Even if they are reviewed with you, I feel they really are higher than they need to be. I didn't have any furniture moved and it was over $400.
