just to let you know that it is very annoying to me when I call for a pricing that I am told the. basic price and not the total price which includes waste water removal, taxes. So unless ask for the total price, I am led to believe the basic price is all I have to pay. I don't believe anyone likes to find out about additional costs when it's time to pay. Don't get me wrong, I am talking about when I call your office to make an appointment and am told the price.

We had our carpets cleaned and Davon, did a great job, very polite. We did not think one of the carpets with an oil stain could come clean but he proved us wrong.

I liked that my carpet was clean and that the spot treating did a quality job getting out some tough stains. Also, I liked that the technician was helpful, personable, dependable and could answer my questions.
In addition, I LOVED the fact that our carpet after the service was damp but not soaking wet. It dried over night and looks great!

first serviceman was great, worked hard but missed a couple of little spots that showed when dry and sunlight hit the rug. called do get a redo on the missed spots and streaks and two servicemen came the next day and did a redo on most of the rug and does look better (as good as it will look)- very satisfied. All the servicemen were great, very personable and accommodating. highly recommended.

From initial contact to book to end of cleaning process is always seamless. Have used Zerorez many times, always are first choice.
