Very thorough in explaining what the process is and preforming the work. We have used Zeroez several times with a new technician each time. Each cleaning we have been very satisfied with the service and the results. The house always looks and smells great!

Your technicians are always professional and friendly. The only thing I don't like is whatever product you use that serves as a "protectant" is very sticky. I asked for that treatment back in 2015 and it was so awful, I wrote on the invoice at the time that I should never, ever ask for it again. I mentioned this to my tech on his recent visit and he seemed surprised, so it appears you aren't aware of this problem. If you would fix that, I would request it again. Otherwise, I will remain a loyal customer as long as you keep hiring great workers.
