We had a light-colored hallway carpet and 12 stairs that were very dirty and stained, but Zerorez got it looking new again! The technician was very efficient and hard-working and had the hallway and 3 other rooms cleaned in about 1.5 hours total time. He wore booties, had an open-door shield and all the other equipment required. In addition, he cleaned up well after himself. Your cleaners are always courteous, professional and pleasant to work with. They also do a great job with the carpets. It was a pleasure to work with the man who cleaned the carpet on November 19.

The schedulers/appointment staff were also very helpful and courteous, but they over-promised. I was told they thought they could get me on the schedule early morning. I didn't hear anything about the actual appointment until early afternoon. Luckily, I had given up my football tickets (not knowing what to expect) or we would have had a problem.

Your service from your technician was super and he was very knowledgeable on how to clean the carpets. The technician was very customer orientated and listened to my concerns and promoted the quality of Zerorez.
