When you hire a service, you want an excellent product (carpet cleaning), yes...but you also want excellent people. People make the business, for sure :-)

My carpet looks great! Even the VERY dirty spots in the walk ways are clean!!! I've used other cleaning companies and they did not get the job done... I was very dissatisfied!!!! Zerorez is the only one I'll ever use!! Thank you very much ZEROREZ!

The product worked really well The carpets look like their new again and the person doing the work and (excuse me if I have his name wrong) but I believe it was Billy was very personable and he took time to explain everything which my wife and I really appreciated I would highly recommend him (Billy Darwitz) and zerorez to everybody... The technlcians that worked on my carpets were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job. My carpet was in rough shape and they gave it everything they had. It turned out way better than I expected!

This s the third time we have had Zerorez clean our carpets. We are repeat customers because the technicians are on time and professional; the appointments are easy to make and the communication about timing is excellent; and the carpet is always so clean and spotless when they are finished.

Doesn't leave residue soap in the carpet. Tech for got the door stop and had to come back and get it later.
