OMG! My floors are beautiful! I didn't realize what a difference simply cleaning my grout would have on the appearance of the floor. It looks like it did when I had the tile laid some 15 years ago. I'll do it again when it needs it. I should have had you out a few years ago. And at that price... I'll be back!

I like Zero Rez because there is no residual chemical that will draw dust and dirt more quickly. Also. I know that if I'm not satisfied Zero Rez will do what it takes to make it right. And, importantly, I like Zero Rez because we have never had an unkind person from there come into our home. Recently the fellow who cleaned the carpets was especially kind and thorough. He did a wonderful job!

Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and fearless when it came to a disgusting pet stain. He worked wonders with the carpet in a neglected rental unit. Very impressed!
