Caleb was my service professional. He was completely knowledgable about the products, processes, and expectations as related to my carpets' special circumstances. He is an excellent educator, speaking clearly and concisely about each product in a manner that a lay person can understand. He spoke confidently and proudly about the service he was poroviding. Caleb answered my questoions thoroughly. He was consciencious about cost, recommending only the products he felt would be beneficial. With some stains, on my white carpet, he recommended the apropriate, least agressive approach with the option to then move to the next level of cleaning.

Caleb was at all times professional, pleasant, and seemed to enjoy his work and the interaction with the customer. Zerorez couldn't find a better employee or repersentative for the company.
