Very knowledgeable rep. Seemed like he did a great job, although it's hard to know as a laymen. I appreciated the pictures of before and after. A pieces of furniture weren't moved back which would be good to make sure to do in the future.
First, I was very impressed that the tech called and came at the appointed hour.
He came in and introduced himself, Devin,then explained what he would be doing and asked if we had any special concerns. After viewing the spot we were concerned about he told us how he would treat it.
When he was finished, he showed us a picture he had taken of the spot, to be sure we were satisfied with the work he had done to take care of it.
We were extremely satisfied with his work. We have had Zerorez two previous time and are extremely satisfied with their work.
