Your tech made me comfortable and was very clear about the service and billing. When I have Zerorez back, I will strongly favor Phil S. He brought my carpet back to life, and asked repeatedly if there were any issues. Very professional, detail orientated and took the time to do a great job- VERY satisfied!!

I not only like your products, e.g. The Spot Treatment powder, and Odor Remover Treatment, but I really like the way my carpets look when your employees are done!
We've had Zerorez clean our carpets several times now, and your employees have always done an awesome job! I've had some previous experiences with other carpet cleaning companies, and there are stories to tell! I would have no other company other than Zerorez!

I would also like to make a "shout out" to Owen Randolph for the terrific job he did yesterday!
