After having a new puppy in the house we decided it was time to use your pet product to get the carpets back into shape. It worked perfectly--removing all discoloration and odor. I feel so much better about the cleanliness of the carpets, as well as how they look. Puppy is no longer attracted to her familiar areas.

The fact that Zerorez does not use soaps or other chemicals in the process. And I have always found the technicians to be well-trained, professional, friendly, and competent.

Our carpets look better then we ever thought they could!
Shaun was very good and explained everything before he did anything. He cleaned up great after himself. Overall very impressed.
When I called initially, I spoke with a very nice person on the phone who explained everything in detail and answered all my questions
We will have you out again when needed and have already been telling people how great you guys were and reasonable!
