I just moved in to a townhome and needed the carpets cleaned. I was able to book an appointment online, very easy and convenient! Neal did a great job on my carpets. There were a few worn spots in one room that Neal pointed out before the carpets were cleaned. Those areas did not come out as clean as the rest of the carpet, but only because of the damage to the carpet. I would hire Zerorez again. Neal was very professional and took steps to prevent any damage to floors and walls from the cleaning equipment.

I liked that it’s all natural products the only problem was I paid for extra services=120$ in two of my rooms for the urine stains to be eliminated but they weren’t at all.

The technicians arrived right on-time, and they were very knowledgeable and courteous. The carpet feels so clean, and the fiber protectant gives us peace of mind that our carpet will be protected for years to come.
