Our carpet had stains that I was certain would not come out. I was pleasantly surprised! Almost every stain came out. Out technician, Landry, was knowledgeable and took his time cleaning and educating us on zerorez products. I would highly recommend zerorez to family and friends.

The service tech, Greg, did an outstanding job -- took his time and was thorough. He explained my options for service - was never pushy - this helped me make an informed decision.

I have used different vendors in the past. Greg was very concerned that I was pleased and consulted me during the cleaning process. He went the "extra mile"

The end result was a clean carpet and an overall good experience.

Based on my experience I will recommend Zerorez to neighbors and use Zerorez again.

After you clean my carpet, it looks like new.
SMELLS SO GOOD.
Spot cleaner works great.
My carpet stays soft, not hard and crunchy like when you use soap.

The person who came and cleaned our carpet was knowledgeable, professional and listened to what we wanted done. They were upfront about additional costs and went to great lengths to be careful of walls and doorways with their equipment.

I was very impressed with the technician who came to do my carpet cleaning. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the product and the expected results of the stain treatment.
