Nathan was great! It's kind of awkward to have someone in your house, bedroom etc... at least I feel that way but Nathan was so professional, knowledgeable and nice. He also recommended upgraded services but was very understanding and nice when I turned them down. Other than it being quite expensive, it was a great experience!

i have a large wool area rug that I love, the colors in the rug are the foundation of the color scheme in my living room so replacement would have been very challenging. My dog found a plastic bottle of green food coloring that apparently landed somewhere on the kitchen floor, missed by human eyes but spotted by "Lucky". Lucky chewed up the green food coloring bottle on my area rug. I was sick and desperate. I called ZeroRez, the customer service rep consulted the gentleman who specializes in area rugs. He asked me to send a picture of the stain(s) which I did. Within an hour or two he made arrangements to have his crew pick up the rug, they were nearby on another delivery. The rug came back yesterday. No evidence of the stain nor other soil that I had overlooked. I cannot say enough in praise of the great service I received from all at ZeroRez, start to finish. The young woman who answered the phone, the stain expert, the pick up and delivery crews all pleasant, helpful, skillful and professional.
Alex was very punctual.. called 20 minutes prior to his arrival. Explained everything. Cleaned the carpet thoroughly and quickly. The carpet looks and smells great!!
