I have two dogs and a 2 year old so as one can imagine my carpets see a lot of traffic and a lot of stains. They did a wonderful job getting all the stains out and making my carpets look new again!

The service was also amazing. For me it is intimidating letting a complete stranger in my house, but the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable.

Robert was very polite and courteous when in my home to clean the carpet. The carpet looked amazing when he was finished. No complaints about him or the service he provided.
When scheduling the appointment and upon arrival the discussion of pretreatment and other services was brought up. He did not pressure me to purchase additional service which I appreciate. I feel that if you are getting your carpet cleaned it should include all aspects of the service in pricing. This has always been a frustration about carpet cleaning. Just give me the price!!

Despite my last minute tardiness to try and squeeze in an appointment before the holidays, you guys always seem to have an availability to clean my carpets and that is outstanding service. Your techs are always clean, courteous, and efficient. The always suggest additional services or add-ons they suggest to keep my carpets looking cleaner longer. Even though I declined, they threw in some add-ons this time to show me the difference it can make for future cleanings. As long as Zerorez continues to operate like this, I will continue to be a customer. Thank you.

We have used Zerores numeropus times. All good experiences. I have one very strong comment to make. We received the invoice via e-mail. I never asked for a price when I requested service and do not have a problem with the total cost. What I do have a problem with is the 621--Commercial Water and Disposal Fee $15.00. This is total BS. Build this into the cost of your service which it is. Don't add a fee onto the cost of the service. You are not alone in this tactic. Much of it started when government started saying they are not raising taxes but new fees are now charged for everything associated with what the tax is supposed to have covered. Many other service type businesses do exactly what you are doing by adding fees which is deceitful.

Friendly staff and excellent service. Showed up on-time, cleaned carpets and furniture thoroughly and all dried quickly. Appreciated the plastic door barrier, allowing the hoses in from the van but keeping out much of the cold in our sub-zero weather. Thank you!
