Kind effective service
I like Zerorez to professionally clean my carpets and furniture. They people are very courteous, listen, and take the time to work out every stain they can. Having 4 dogs and 2 cats that believe every couch is made just for them, one can just imagine what my couches look and smell like. Zerorez does an excellent job on my furniture and when they are finished, we don’t smell anything bad on the furniture. Would recommend Zerorez to anyone!
Service Tech did a great job. Great customer service. A couple of issues have been addressed, making our experience a 10. The first issue was that the arrival window was scheduled to be from 1-4 pm but arrived around 10:30 am. The second issue was that we were quoted the VIP special of $109 but we were charged $149. Thank you for taking care of this!

Easy to schedule, did not have to wait long for service. Crew came even earlier than I was scheduled which was very helpful. They are quick and efficient, and do a great job!
