A little disappointed in the pricing. I had a $129 3 room special with stairs added on as well a small rug and 2 small pieces of boat carpet. In the end our bill was over $300!! $60 for boat carpet is too steep (last time you charged us $40 for the boat carpet and the rug was $0) As long time customers I feel that you could charge less for the very small amount of pieces we asked to have cleaned.

It was easy to book online and the service was on time and done very well. It would have been helpful to receive additional information during the phone call confirming as to what was included as far as furniture etc. I wasn't clear on this when booking online.
