Service response time and technician capabilities were very good. He provided solution options and delivered on what he promised. In addition, he treated my house well, where the only sign zerorez had been there was a clean carpet. Well done.

Robert was fast, thorough and friendly! He removed four years of stains from our carpet and happily answered questions from our three kids along the way. We were very pleased with the whole experience. Thanks, Robert and Zerorez!

Nice that I was able to get my air ducts and carpet cleaned in same day. And the technicians were great! Super friendly and explained everything. Along with making other suggestions for other work to be done that would fix any hidden issues. Great experience.

Professional, friendly employees. I had to cancel my appointment and the person on the phone was very accommodating. Robert (the technician) was very professional. He was very careful to not scuff up our newly painted walls. Very friendly and thorough. We have used your services in the past and will continue to use your services in the future.
