The folks were on time and got right to work, no messing around. She was very courteous and seemed to know what she was talking about. she was up front with the areas she thought she would not get 100% clean and the reason and she seemed to do her best to do everything she could to make us satisfied. in the end she was able to do better than she originally thought on some coffee stains and matted carpet. The end result was more than we could have hoped for and we were very satisfied.

The man who came to clean my couch was on time and polite. He offered advice on carpet if I ever decided to go that route, as well as premiun vinyl, which I'd never heard of but after talking with him is something I may consider in the future. I was extremely happy with the service.
