Done efficiently and the carpets look fantastic! The only draw back is the time issue. It was a really late time that our guy showed up. It would be better if the service person came earlier in the day as it helps in the drying time.

I liked the look of my carpets when the associate was finished! The men I've had do the cleaning have been courteous and careful not to bring any dirt in the house from outside. They explained the process prior to cleaning and had me look over the surfaces when done.
