The gentleman that came to clean my carpets was professional, courteous, and did a wonderful job. This is the 2nd time I have used zerorez and will use it again in the future. The carpets did take a bit longer to dry this time but there is so much moisture in the air, after I turned on the dehumidifier settings on the window air conditioners it sped up the drying process/

The cleaning process is high-powered water instead of a chemical dump. The dry time is reasonable (10-15 hours, maybe slightly longer for the basement carpet). The professionalism and courtesy of Claire/Clare. The call about 10 minutes before the technician arrives and a follow up call after the cleaning is done. The price is reasonable
I loved how easy it was to set up the cleaning on-line, and pick a time frame that worked for me. Zerorez [Will, from Ramsey] did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. They even offered me an earlier time, for my convenience. He arrived right on time. He was super cordial. He explained everything clearly. I really felt I was in good hands, with a man who knew his work, and did his work well. I definitely recommend this carpet cleaning company.
