Jeff from Zerorez did a fantastic job of cleaning three rooms, hallway and stairs. All look very clean and fresh! Had a couple stains and they were removed. We would highly recommend Zerorez!
We were very happy with the service we received from both the furnace/vent cleaners and the carpet cleaners.
Would have liked it better had the furnace/vent people been here first, as they then had to walk on our wet carpets to get to the vent. All were professional, they wore shoe protectors, so they weren't getting anything dirty on the clean carpets, it just seemed like that would have made more sense logistically for them to have cleaned in the reverse order than what they did do.

Our carpet looks great. Greg did a very good job of seeing the problem areas and cleaned them. We had a little issue after he left that I had caused. Zeroez sent him back a few days later and he was able to resolve the problem. We are very satisfied.
Carpet cleaning is excellent affordable
Scheduling over the phone is very easy and they can come out pretty quickly. They call to remind you and let you kmow when they're on their way. And they are courteous in your home.
Les did an EXCELLENT JOB! The smell of the products were like a lemony scent...fresh. I wish I would have taken before and after pics so that I could post them, but i did not. Please take my word...Les and the service was OUTSTANDING! I just did a referral today for a friend.
