Heilen deserves a huge raise. She was so professional and explained things so well. She had me check on everything she did and answered any questions I had.I have run my own business for 30 and one for 40 years and know how to treat customers. She has it down pat. She is very knowledgeable and cares about her customers. She did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets and even my husband said how nice they look and how she knew her job well. The carpet was amazing afterwards. However, I felt pressure to spend more then intended quote. I think it came from a good place on the salesmen side but I really just wanted my carpet cleaned.
