We had two different services on Friday. Duct cleaning in the morning, and carpets in the afternoon. Both men in the morning had many years of experience and did their job cleanly and efficiently. Our carpets were cleaned by Clea (sorry if i misspelled your name), and she did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable.

My technician, Sean Olson, was a super star! He removed a Listerine mouthwash stain from my bedroom carpet that your technicians could not remove in the past. Even though I had you clean my carpets in the past, he fully explained what he would be doing step by step. Sean was extremely professional in all aspects of his services. I kept his card and will be requesting his return next time.
(In contrast, Damien cleaned my carpets the last time you were called to my home. Some spots resurfaced after his services and I requested that he return and take care of them. Upon arrival, he asked why I couldn't have taken care of these spots myself. I am 75 years old and have two knee replacements - that's why I can't take care of them myself. It was a very disappointing experience.)

I had my air ducts and carpet cleaned. All technicians were very courteous and friendly, on time, and I was charged exactly what I was quoted when scheduling the services.

One note: I had my furnace tuned up about 1 week following the Zerorez services and the guy noted that either the return wasn't cleaned, or that it wasn't cleaned enough at the furnace site. I honestly don't know exactly what that means, but I had mentioned that our air ducts were cleaned the week prior, and the furnace technician made the comment with a slight-moderately negative connotation.

We had ZEROREZ clean our air ducts and the results weee amazing! The service was very professional and they explained the whole process. They also let us watch as all the dust and debre was removed from our house. I would definitely recommend to my friends!

We've used Zerorez for approx. 15 years and will continue using their service throughout the future. The employees are very friendly and easy to work with and the products get stains out as well as throughly cleaning regular wear and tear and leave the carpets lightly damp for a quick dry and no residue feeling.

I have used Zerorez several times now and I have never been disappointed with their service. They arrive on time and each time the technician has been professional, explains what they are going to do. When they are done my carpets look like new. Also I like how soft the carpet feels and how quick the carpets dry after the cleaning.

They do a great job and are very professional. Although they couldn’t fix our cat pee problem, I do believe they did everything they could. I’m sure we will use them again!
