Booking the appointment was easy, communication was exactly as promised, the guy arrived when he said he would, there were no surprises in the bill, and the results fully met my expectations. Overall excellent value for my money.

What do you like about our products and services?

I have used Zerorez services for years. Not only carpet cleaning but duct cleaning and ceramic flooring. Never disappointed by the results. I also like the idea of fresh water and no soap and much water left in the carpeting. My Berber carpeting is 20 years old- I attribute the long life to Zerorez. Commendations go out to Dennis Handt. He is a spectacular person.

Our technician did a great job informing us about the company and the services you offer. He was very professional and knowledgeable about everything he was doing.

Two technicians came to do the job yesterday - both were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. They did a great job explaining what they would do and what the cost would be. Today I noticed the pet stain that I had them work on was still apparent so I called the customer service number and they will be coming back next Monday to re-do the area. The CS person I spoke to was very nice and accommodating.

we've had zerorez twice and were pleased both times. The service guys are friendly and they make sure that they clean everything that is needed and then clean up behind themselves. No complaints from us!

Carpets are always left fresh and clean. Techs are professional and know their stuff. The only negative was the call center staff-they aren’t quite as professional. However, overall the carpet cleaning makes up for this.
