The technician arrived within the appointment time window. Once he arrived he asked what we wanted to be cleaned. He listened attentively and was able to bring up the quote quickly. He asked if we had any questions before he started the work. He then got to work and was done within an hour. He requested an inspection by us to make sure we were satisfied with the work. He left suggesting floor fan and dehumidifier to help complete the drying process. He also left a new bottle of zero stink because our previous bottle wasn’t working.
