I appreciated being able to schedule a time and date that worked best for me and I didn't have to wait weeks. I thought the guy who came to our house was fantastic. He was pleasant, and answered all my questions with confidence. Although he came to clean a very small hallway area, he noticed a couple very small spots in a neighboring room and cleaned that area without me asking him too. I thought that was definitely above and beyond expectations. Zerorez is the only carpet cleaner I've ever used - and will ever use.

Great service. Docked a point because it felt shady to offer me a chance to buy a lifetime supply of the product that was used on our carpet for $40ish dollars and then have the technician tell me ten minutes later that it's just water that is used on the carpets. I mean, really?

The guy arrived on time with a heads up letting me know that he's on his way with an estimated time of arrival. When he arrived, he was informative and did a great job on our carpet. Carpet cleaning turned out so much better than I thought was possible. The only downside is that a couple stains are still slightly visible as I was hoping they would be gone.
