These guys are awesome! My nasty carpet looks like new again! The gentleman that did the cleaning arrived early in the scheduled window of time, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He super-cleaned all the carpet in our house in a little over an hour, plus he cleaned all the ceiling fans for free! I’m thrilled with how clean and fresh-smelling my house is now!

Really enjoyed working with our technician, Roosevelt. He did a great job and was very informative and very low-pressure about the other services that Zerorez offers.
Once the cleaning was done I was so happy with how my carpets looked! Almost couldn't believe some of those stains came out!!!
The whole process was super easy and quick. I really appreciated that as the day of our appointment approached the appointment window got much smaller, so that I could plan my day more accurately.
Roosevelt also gave us a call that day to let us know that he was ahead of schedule and could come sooner.
All in all a great experience and worth the approximately $100 more that I spent on Zerorez versus sticky, residue-leaving cleaners.
